 .\n\nTogether\, we’ll move through breathwork\, surf-focused yoga\, guid
 ed surfing\, reflection\, and a nourishing lunch in a supportive and empow
 ering environment.\n\nWhether you’re brand new to surfing or looking to 
 deepen your relationship with the ocean\, this experience is about feeling
  grounded\, capable\, and cared for.\n\nYour Day Includes\n\n 	Breathwork 
 for surfing and nervous system regulation\n 	Surf-focused yoga for strengt
 h\, mobility\, and balance\n 	Guided surf instruction for beginner and int
 ermediate surfers\n 	Reflection and integration time\n 	Community connecti
 on and time in nature\n 	A nourishing lunch prepared by Woo Casa\n\nDates 
 offered: \n\n 	July 11\n 	July 25\n 	August 22\n\nTime\n9 a.m. to about 1
  p.m.\n\nLocation\nWe’ll meet in Kill Devil Hills. Part of the workshop 
 will take place indoors in a cozy studio/house setting\, and the surf port
 ion will take place at a nearby beach access.\n\nFood \n\nAfter our time 
 in the water\, we’ll gather for a nourishing taco bar and bowl lunch pre
